The Process

With a remarkable legacy spanning four decades, Jahnavi, daughter-in-law of founders Pallavi and Vikram Shukla, entrusted us with a mission. Disappointed by an agency's lack of consistency and amateurish photography, she, a creative visionary, sought to redefine the brand's standards. Recognizing the untapped potential of the digital realm, she aimed to captivate the right crowd, eager to set new benchmarks.

To revamp Pallavi Vikram's digital presence, we prioritized relatability and professionalism. By hiring experts, we produced consistent, quality content that cut through the market noise. Every aspect, from story material to models, was meticulously selected to showcase the brand's luxury and refinement.

  • Embracing the power of storytelling: Recognizing that jewellery holds lifelong memories, especially for brides, we cherished and celebrated those moments. Sharing heartwarming anecdotes and evoking emotions became our golden formula for connecting with followers and conveying the brand's values.

  • Unveiling the facets of luxury: With collections like Ik Rangi Safar, Bilasita, Noor, and Naaz, we explored diverse tiers of luxury, catering to empowered, confident young women. Additionally, we honoured the talented craftsmen who have been the backbone of the jewellery industry, a commitment Pallavi Vikram has upheld for four decades.

  • Efficient content creation: Our meticulous approach paid off as we invested ample time in conceptualizing and assembling a dedicated team for a photo and video shoot. Within just two days, we captured a wealth of valuable content that sustained us for several months. This success with Pallavi Vikram spurred us to repeat the efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective content creation process with other brands, resulting in a win-win outcome.

Stepping into the brand's second generation, Jahnavi faced a daunting task—convincing her family of the digital world's worth. With an existing clientele, the value proposition was questioned. Months of tireless effort were spent proving the digital realm's potential. Eventually, we earned their unwavering trust and unconditional support. In an industry where design and the digital landscape collide, plagiarism loomed large. While unable to control who viewed our content, we remained vigilant, treading cautiously in unforgiving waters.
